The Zürich Public Transport Network is a collection of over 40 different transport companies operating within the Canton of Zürich, all using one ticketing system. These operators range from local bus systems such as the Winterthur busses to the Zurich tram network, to Thurbo regional trains and even the national train carrier, SBB, which operates the Zürich S-Bahn. However, SBB Intercity trains can also be used through ZVV tickets if they start and end in the Canton.
